(Nasdaq: EQIX), a provider of global data center services, and Bloomberg, the leading global provider of financial data, news and analytics, today announced a strategic partnership to provide secure and reliable colocation, connectivity choice and interconnection services for Bloomberg’s data services and Bloomberg Tradebook®. Bloomberg Enterprise Products & Solutions will deploy data services infrastructure in Equinix’s New York and London International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) data centers. The partnership provides existing and prospective Bloomberg and Equinix customers located within the Equinix IBX data centers with easy access to Bloomberg’s real time data, B-PIPE® and Event Driven Trading feeds. The partnership will also provide the ability to connect to Bloomberg Tradebook in New York, a leading global agency broker.
