    CoreSite Plans 6MW Facility Expansion in Reston
    Data center provider CoreSite (www.coresite.com) announced on Tuesday its planned six Megawatt expansion of its Northern Virginia data center in Reston, which is scheduled to be completed by this December. The announcement follows CoreSite's recent completion of 20,000 square feet of space at the company's downtown Chicago data center, which now offers 2 Megawatts of power. The Reston data center expansion will incorporate a handful of initiatives to reinforce energy efficiency levels, including water-side economization, variable speed fan air conditioning units, 95 percent-efficient UPS units...
