Graham Weston, CEO of Rackspace Hosting, recently spoke at a TEDx San Antonio (the x means it was an independently organized event from the TED series), where he discussed his aspiration to change the way organizations are managed. Rackspace is known for its unique corporate culture and in this talk, Weston explained how he guides his organization to succeed on a human level. “When we pay attention to what people want from work, everything gets better,” he stated. “What we all want from work is to be valued members of a winning team on an inspiring mission.”
