    1. State of My Data Center Over the years of covering data center design, construction, and operations, we have noted as many differences as there are similarities in our readers’ facilities. There are basic elements to every data center from the way that they are constructed to the way they are operated. For example, backup power and cooling are common requirements, but each facility has subtle differences and unique features that remain unseen.
