March 21, 2011 -- IBM and Cable&Wireless Worldwide announced on Monday that they will collaborate to develop a UK Smart Energy Cloud in support of the UK's Smart Meter Implementation Programme, which aims to rollout more than 50 million smart meters in the UK.
