Web Host PEER 1 Plans to Double UK Workforce, Expand into New Office in 2012

Web hosting provider PEER 1 Hosting announced on Monday that it plans to double its UK workforce in the next twelve months to 60 employees. This new recruitment drive will add 30 people in IT sales and technical support roles. PEER 1 will also expand into new office space in 2012 to support its plans.
This announcement comes close to two months after PEER 1 launched its public cloud division Zunicore in the UK.
According to the press release, PEER 1 has had 100 percent year over year growth since it launched in the UK in 2008. Last year, it opened a new 57,800 square foot data center in Portsmouth, UK.
PEER 1 has hired an internal recruiter to oversee the drive.
