AT&T Joins U.S. Effort to Reduce Energy Usage Intensity

T&T* yesterday joined the U.S. Department of Energy's Save Energy Now LEADER initiative, which asks that companies pledge to reduce their energy intensity by 25 percent or more during the next 10 years. Save Energy Now LEADER is an ambitious national public-private initiative to drive significant energy intensity and carbon emission reductions across the U.S. industrial sector. AT&T is among more than 30 companies making this initial pledge to reduce energy intensity.
