    Developer Stream Data Centers has started construction of a new data center development in The Woodlands, a master-planned community north of downtown Houston, Texas. The Stream Private Data Center is a ground-up, purpose-built data center development totaling 73,320 square feet, built to withstand 146-mph winds and uplift. Stream is designing the facility to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
