    CyrusOne to Build Third Houston West Data Center to Meet Customer Demand

    Data center provider CyrusOne announced on Tuesday it plans to add a third data center at its Houston West location to meet the demand of its rapid growth. By adding 120,000 square feet to the Houston West campus, CyrusOne brings the site total to 300,000 square feet, including its recently expanded LEED Silver certified Houston Data Center. Since being acquired by Cincinnati Bell in June 2010 CyrusOne has grown significantly, leading the telecommunications giant to announce its intention earlier this year to pursue an IPO of a company that will be formed to own and operate CyrusOne.
