    Facebook first to report WUE figures for Prineville data center

    Facebook became the first data center operator to report publicly its Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) figures Thursday. Daniel Lee, a data center design engineer at Facebook, reported the first WUE results of the company’s Prineville, Oregon, data center in a blog post. The WUE of Prineville’s Phase I in the second quarter was 0.22 liters per kWh.
