Data Center Infrastructure Firm Datalink Acquires IT Services Provider StraTech
Data center infrastructure provider Datalink announced on Friday it has acquired the assets of IT services provider Strategic Technologies, which shares Datalink’s focus on optimizing enterprise data centers and IT infrastructure through a common product and services portfolio designed to help customers increase business agility. The acquisition marks Datalink’s second in the last 12 months following the purchase of IT infrastructure provider Midwave in October 2011. Datalink CEO and president Paul Lidsky discussed the acquisition in a Q&A interview with the WHIR.
