Colocation Provider Phoenix NAP Responds to Censorship Allegations
A forum that posted alleged libelous statements about Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed was taken offline after its hosting provider Phoenix NAP found it in violation of its acceptable use policy. According to a cease and desist letter delivered to Phoenix NAP by law firm McKenna Long & Aldrige on October 8, blog and forum Lipstick Alley made false allegations that Reed “requires girl on girl action” and “is sleeping with like 4 chicks in his cabinet.”
