Companies Rush For Automatic Metering Before CRC Some of the UK’s 5,000 largest energy users - required to take part in the government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) Energy Efficiency Scheme - may not find sufficient capacity available to meet automatic meter reading (AMR) requirements.
