Here comes the rogue IT wave
Now that the wave of investment in social media companies that produced IPOs for Facebook, LinkedIn and Yelp has fully washed through Silicon Valley into the public markets, venture capitalists are onto the Internet’s next new, new thing.

Businesses are interested in using new Internet software to reduce their IT costs, by optimizing all of their online communication and transactions, whether for internal IT services or external customer relationships.
