About Fran Shammo

Fran Shammo is president of Verizon Business, a leading provider of advanced information technology (IT) and networking solutions to large business and government customers around the world.  Shammo’s organization of more than 31,000 combines its expertise, broad technology solutions and global reach to help enterprises meet business and IT goal, whether it’s enhancing productivity or modernizing infrastructure.  He came to this role in 2009 after serving for three years as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Verizon Business.
