About Todd Stern
Todd Stern has been appointed by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as a special envoy on climate change. His role will be as principal advisor on international climate policy and strategy, the Barack Obama Administration’s chief climate negotiator at the meetings -- such at COP15 -- on a successor agreement to the Kyoto Protocol.
